Refunds & Returns Policy

At Coorabell Crafts, we strive to make every piece of personalised jewellery as precious and beautiful as the moment it represents. However, if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please contact us as soon you receive your item. We want to rectify any issues where we are at fault. To get in touch with us concerning a return or cancellation, please email admin@coorabellcrafts.com and note your order number and details.

RETURN POLICY

Please note that because all our personalised items are one-of-a-kind, returns are not accepted for change of mind, we will however replace any item that has arrived damaged or is defective.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once your order has been submitted we immediately begin the process of production of your personalised item. If your order has already commenced we cannot cancel an order. Please contact us asap if you need to cancel or amend an order. We will try to accommodate your request if production has not commenced. If your order is being refunded it may take up to 7 business days to show in your account.

Coorabell Crafts reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
